I still live on Long Island married 22 years with two children. I am currently in the Hedge Fund Business and work in NYC. Just sent my first daughter off to college

    Alan - I really remember you very well. I had such a great time in camp. You convinced me to climb Mt Marcy and loved it. We were so young then and it truly went by so quick. Both my kids have enjoyed camp life and I am so glad I was able to send them. Yes you and Ross were my counslor's. I also had Lew B for a few and had to learn and love the Kinks. Hope this comment finds you well with happiness and just know you mad a kids summer one of the best times in my life.

    Barry- I remember that you were the best kid in that cabin and I wasn't too good of an assistant counselor. But, I think that I tried, anyway. I think that I have learned from my experiences at Balfour and improved myself where I needed to. (like being patient with others!) I have no more ties with Malverne, however, as I left there in 1976, to move to Idaho. My sister followed in 1990, with her family, and my parents finally moved here last week!
