I live in Parkland, Florida (near Coral Springs and Boca Raton) with my wife, Robin and our four children. We also have 2 Labs, Monte and Roxy. I went to SUNY Albany Undergrad (1982 - 1986), and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (1986-1989). I practice law in both New York and Florida. In 2005, my family relocated to Florida. I practice elder law, estate planning, probate, guardianship, trust and estate estate litigation, long term care planning, Medicaid, and Special Needs Planning.
